SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within a maximum of 7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are sent from Spain via Correos.

Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 2–5 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days
United States and other countries: 2 to 4 weeks

The delivery times listed are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or exceptional situations.

Shipments are standard with a tracking number, except for Mail Club orders, which are shipped via economy shipping. Customers will receive email updates on the status of their order, including the tracking number. You can track your package on our website in the “Track Your Order” section, which you’ll find in the footer or in your account.

Mail Club orders are shipped via economy shipping; customers will receive email updates but will not receive a tracking number.
